Johann Wallner is the owner and above all, chef with heart and soul. His passion for cooking, as well as the many years of experience in Austria and abroad, as chef de cuisine and now as an entrepreneur are reflected in our menu.
You will find traditional Austrian cuisine as well as inventive dishes, made from quality ingredients. The produce we use are obtained primarily from the region, as well as from our little garden.

With the seasons changing, so does our menu. Asparagus, wild garlic, chanterelles or char must be served freshly. Using seasonal products is important for us and we only utilize them, when available. Furthermore, we offer a range of unusual titbits. From the classic Salzburger Nockerl to a genuine pig snout.
